What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repair in alignment with dealer and factory standards.
- Accurately and efficiently complete all work as outlined on repair orders.
- Identify root causes of mechanical and electrical malfunctions with confidence and precision.
- Road-test and quality-check all completed repairs to ensure the highest standard of performance and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all tools and equipment are accounted for.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping vehicles clean and maintaining open communication with the service team.
What You Bring
- ASE Master Certification (or equivalent experience preferred)
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems
- Personal tool set and commitment to maintaining it
- Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and pride in craftsmanship
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
